“ Well, I hate to jump on the bandwagon train but I do have to admit this is the best pizza I've ever had. Each component of the pizza - dough, sauce, and the CHEESE (omg!) - stood out on their own and came together for an amazing combination of flavors. So happy I came here and experienced this. The service was quick and efficient, and very cool to see the open concept kitchen. I will be back! ”
“ No doubts this is voted as the best pizza! We got the Margarita and Wiseguy. Loved both! Perfect crust , fennel sausage was delicious! Quick friendly staff, casual vibe ! ”
“ The pizza is really good. I loved the crust - crispy, a little more on the thin side- and everything tasted fresh. ”
“ Arguably the best pizza in the United States. Farmed from local ingredients and cooked in a wood fired oven. This local pizzeria with a New York flare is a must try for a pizza lover. You'll always feel welcome at this quaint restaurant in downtown Phoenix, where the servers treat you like a guest, not a customer. ”
“ Still some of the best pizza I've ever had and my friend and I make this an annual stop (P.S. why haven't we been to the one in LA yet?) Rosa is still the go-to selection... the pistachios are just divine. We got it with the caprese salad. My one wish is that you could make a reservation, or go in person and say you want to come back in an hour... it's only put your name on the list and be ready when called or you lose your spot (which could be 20 min or two hours--they do tell you and it's been accurate in my experience). Just makes it harder for planning, but honestly the pizza is so good we just do it anyway. ”
“ Pizzeria Bianco completely lives up to its reputation! The cozy, intimate atmosphere makes it perfect for a casual yet memorable dining experience. They don't take reservations, so be prepared for a long wait--ours was nearly two hours--but trust me, it's absolutely worth it. The menu is small, focusing on quality over quantity, with a limited but well-curated selection of wine and beer. Every ingredient feels incredibly fresh, and the craftsmanship in their food is undeniable. We tried the Sonny Boy pizza, and it was phenomenal! The red sauce had amazing depth of flavor, the dough was cooked to perfection--crispy yet chewy--and the combination of salami and Gaeta olives was spot on. Yes, it's a bit on the pricey side, but considering everything is handmade with such attention to detail, it feels justified. Pizzeria Bianco is more than just a meal--it's an experience. If you're a pizza lover and find yourself in Phoenix, you can't miss this spot! ”

“ The pizzas were worth the hype. The dough was really good. Service was attentive as well as our first pizza came out burnt and the head server immediately came by and said let me get you a new one. We ordered the margarita and the wise guy and they were delicious and didn't break the bank. The wise guy was the favorite with the sausage and caramelized onions. No frills on the inside with tables packed closely together and cozy feels we were sat in the corner by the red brick. We did have to wait about 40 min for a table for 2 and went to the holdover bar where we ended up spending more than we did for pizza (*cries inside). We were not big fans of the bar and the vibe but really wanted the pizza. Parking was valet $10. We would come back for pizza and likely not hang at the bar while waiting. Make sure you get the initial text when you put your name down because mine didn't come through but luckily the hostess came to find me at the bar to say our table was ready, thank you! ”
